Propulo Consulting is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Market Research Intern to support the growth of our business both in existing and new international markets.


Primary Responsibilities:

   1. Digital Marketing support

  • Enhancing our SEO & Analyze SEO Data  (Training provided)

  • Help create content for social media campaigns, focused on LinkedIn (B2B)

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities and support by writing, reviewing, and scheduling social media posts

  • Support the distribution of our podcast episodes

  • Support the development of enhancements to our existing Digital Marketing Strategy

    2. Market Research

  • Conduct detailed market research for a new target audience

  • Assess current market funnels & develop enhanced strategies

  • Update and maintain client information within the company (CRM) tool

   3. Marketing Content Creation

  • Support the development of enhancements to our content Marketing Strategy

  • Support creates our podcast content and manage publication channels

  • Research and support the development of co-authored White papers & blogs

    4. Our Team

  • Contribute positively to the Propulo culture and brand by living the Propulo values

  • As priorities shift, additional or alternative marketing and sales activities may be prioritized

  • Contribute to Propulo’s team-based approach to business

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Comm. or MBA with currently enrolled in a recognized Canadian University with an eligible internship.

  • Proficient in English – additional languages preferable

    Skills and Competencies

    • Strong written and verbal communication in English

    • Effective time management and ability to obtain and organize resources

    • Have an agile, growth-oriented mindset

    • Creative thinker and problem solver

    • Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing/Content Creation (preferably in a B2B context)

    • Detailed oriented (High attention to detail) and capable of conducting self-directed research

    • Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines

    • Demonstrate attitudes of accountability, vulnerability, and a willingness to learn

    • Be committed to integrity within a professional environment

    • Urgency and responsiveness

    Working conditions and requirements

    • All work is conducted remotely (Work from home): This position will not be supplied with a computer or hardware for the position and must have their own laptop or computer to work from home

    • Remote interview process (Those selected for future consideration will be contacted via Email).

    • Working Period: Sep 1 2021 – Dec 31 2021 (4 months)

    • Expected Start Date: September 1 2021
