Propulo Consulting is seeking a dynamic and creative Safety Culture / Organizational Psychology Intern to support the growth of our business. 

Responsibilities

1. Safety Culture Research

  • Provide evidence-based thought leadership and strategic insights to the Propulo team
  • Provide strategic insights in key internal forums and find opportunities to advance Propulo’s strategies
  • Supporting the delivery of client diagnostic assessments in the areas of safety and operational excellence
  • Supporting the development of new assessment and research tools
  • Supporting applied research-related activities, including client efficacy research projects , applied literature reviews, and research publications (e.g. whitepapers, articles and blogs)
  • Developing Porpulo’s Intellectual Property and knowledge space across all key service areas
  • Assisting Propulo Leaders and Partners as directed on other research analyst responsibilities
  • Support client deliverables as required

      Qualifications & Experience

      • Currently enrolled in a Masters or Ph.D. in I/O Psychology
      • Would consider a student enrolled in other Psychology disciplines
      • Other HR oriented disciplines will be accepted as well adjacent spaces
      • Proficient in English – additional languages preferable
      • Strong knowledge of Statistical Analysis would be preferred

        Working conditions and requirements

        All work is conducted remotely (Work from home): This position will not be supplied with a computer or hardware for the position and must have their own laptop or computer to work from home

        Remote interview process (Those selected for future consideration will be contacted via Email).

        *Working Period: Sep 2021 – Dec 2021 (2021 Fall term for university student 

        currently enrolled in a recognized Canadian University with an eligible internship)
